含锑金精矿碱性浸锑工艺过程自动控制系统研究

摘要 文章针对碱性湿法浸锑过程中,人工操作误差大,造成药剂用量不均、浸出指标不稳定的问题,设计了一套碱性浸出锑的自动控制系统并对含锑金精矿进行碱性湿法浸出研究。通过PLC控制系统进行碱性浸锑,不仅可保证浸出过程稳定,减少浸出药剂消耗量,降低电能消耗,同时可获得锑的浸出率为93.17%。 In this paper,an automatic control system for alkaline leaching of antimony is designed to solve the problems of large manual operation error,uneven dosage of reagent and unstable leaching index in the process of alkaline leaching of antimony,and the alkaline leaching of gold concentrate containing antimony is studied.Through PLC control system for alkaline leaching of antimony,not only can ensure the stability of leaching process,reduce the consumption of leaching agent and power consumption,but also can obtain 93.17%leaching rate of antimony.
