摘要
随着社会的快速发展以及人口老龄化加剧,老年人需要陪伴而子女需要工作的矛盾日益凸显,护工已成为不可缺少的角色。而找护工难、找合适的护工更难已成为一个社会痛点,因此有必要设计一个对接护工供给和需求的服务平台,以满足社会需求。笔者以用户需求为出发点,结合"互联网+护工"提出APP平台设计构想,希望能够为相关研究提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of society and the aggravation of the aging population,the contradiction between the need for companionship of the elderly and the need for work of their children has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is necessary to design a service platform to meet the supply and demand of nursing workers.The author takes user needs as the starting point,and combines"Internet+care workers"to put forward the design conception of APP platform,hoping to provide reference for related research.
