摘要
WFJ型微粉碎机主要用于粉碎药品和食品,其机械结构中包含主电机、风机、减速电机等设备,这些设备在运转过程中会产生振动,传感器采集数据后,通过NB-IoT技术上传到云端,进而获取设备的运转数据。本文设计了一种基于NB-IoT通信技术的数据透传方案,使用移远BC95作为通信模块,主控制器选用STM32F103,云端采用华为物联网云平台OceanConnect。主控制器采集到传感器数据后,通过中国电信NB-IoT网络上传到华为OceanConnect,可通过云端提供的API进行数据收集分析。经测试,该方案能有效监控设备的运转状态并实时将数据上传至云端,对后续的大数据分析具有很高的参考价值。
The WFJ type micro pulverizer is mainly used to pulverize medicines and food.Its mechanical structure includes main motors,fans,gear motors and other equipment.These devices will vibrate during operation.After the sensors collect data,they are uploaded to the NB-IoT technology.Cloud,and then obtain the operating data of the equipment.This paper designs a data transparent transmission scheme based on NB-IoT communication technology,using Quectel BC95 as the communication module,the main controller uses STM32 F103,and the cloud uses Huawei’s IoT cloud platform OceanConnect.After the main controller collects the sensor data,it is uploaded to Huawei OceanConnect through China Telecom’s NB-IoT network,and data collection and analysis can be performed through the API provided by the cloud.After testing,the program can effectively monitor the operating status of the equipment and upload data to the cloud in real time,which has high reference value for subsequent big data analysis.
