摘要
近年来,3D打印技术因其具有效率快、精度高、成本低、环保强等优点,在医学医疗、航空航天、建筑装饰等领域中得到了非常良好的应用,但在机械制造领域的研究较少。通过系统性地梳理3D打印技术的基本概念和原理,得到3D打印快速成型的基本过程和技术路线,以及其离散和堆积的方法和思路。通过3D打印技术在典型机械零部件中轮毂的应用为例,用Pro/E软件进行三维造型,用某型号3D打印机进行参数设置试验,最终分析并揭示出3D打印技术在机械制造领域中的应用优越性。同时,提出一种机械零部件自由设计理念,该理念为3D打印技术在机械制造领域中拓展新的局面,打下良好基础并形成理论体系。
In recent years,3D printing technology has been widely used in medical,aerospace,architectural decoration and other fields because of its fast efficiency,high precision,low cost and strong environmental protection.However,there is little research in the field of mechanical manufacturing.By systematically combing the basic concepts and principles of 3D printing technology,the basic process and technical route of 3D printing rapid prototyping were got,as well as the methods and ideas of its dispersion and accumulation.Taking the application of 3D printing technology in the hub of typical mechanical parts as an example,the 3D modeling was carried out with Pro/E software,and the parameter setting test was carried out with a certain type of 3D printer.Finally,the application advantages of 3D printing technology in the field of mechanical manufacturing were analyzed and revealed.A free design concept of mechanical parts was proposed,which will lay a good foundation and forms a theoretical system for 3D printing technology to expand a new situation in the field of mechanical manufacturing.
