摘要
为探究不同固体废弃物联合水泥时对疏浚淤泥的固化效果,采用废弃的红砖粉、混凝土粉,以及工厂废弃物木质素和草木灰,以水泥质量百分比为定量,掺加组分相同的4种固体废弃物进行试验研究。分别对不同龄期的固化淤泥进行固结试验、直剪试验、微观电镜试验结合Matlab分析孔隙特征以及无侧限抗压强度进行试验研究。试验结果表明:废弃的混凝土粉和红砖粉具有较好的固化效果,其中混凝土粉固化效果更优,活性更强;养护28 d后掺加混凝土粉的固化淤泥试样相对于掺加红砖粉的固化淤泥试样的无侧限抗压强度提高了28 kPa。
In order to explore the curing effect of different solid wastes combined with cement on dredged silt,the waste red brick powder,concrete powder,factory waste lignin and grass ash were used to conduct experimental research by taking the cement mass percentage as quantitative quantity and adding four kinds of solid wastes with the same composition.Consolidation test,direct shear test,micro electron microscope test and Matlab were conducted to analyze the pore characteristics and unconfined compressive strength of the solidified silt at different ages.The results show that the waste concrete powder and red brick powder have better curing effect,and the concrete powder has better curing effect and stronger activity.After 28 days of curing,the unconfined compressive strength of the solidified silt sample mixed with concrete powder was improved by 28kPa compared with that of the solidified silt sample mixed with red brick powder.
