摘要
近年来,随着计算机技术的飞速发展,土木工程应用领域中的BIM技术也得到了快速发展。相比于传统的二维平面施工设计图,基于BIM方法的数字化配筋技术展现了众多的优势。通过对大体积钢筋混凝土结构建立三维数字化模型,能够非常高效地完成配筋图的绘制,指导施工与交付。基于某高速中的桥梁墩柱配筋工程,阐述了YJK-REVIT一体化平台的数字化配筋方案,以提高钢筋设计质量和施工效率,并采用VBA宏语言对钢筋下料优化和加工进行了研究,提高了钢筋原料的使用率,减少工程的原材料成本。
In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology,BIM technology in the field of civil engineering application has also been developed rapidly.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional construction plan,the digital reinforcement technology based on BIM method shows many advantages.Through the establishment of three-dimensional digital model of mass reinforced concrete structure,the reinforcement drawing can be completed very efficiently to guide the construction and delivery.Based on the reinforcement project of bridge pier column in a expressway,expounds the digital reinforcement scheme based on YJK-REVIT integrated platform,to improve the design quality and construction efficiency of reinforcement,and uses VBA macro language to study the optimization and processing of reinforcement cutting,to improve the utilization rate of reinforcement raw materials and reduce the cost of engineering raw materials.
