摘要
目的:了解大连市贫困家庭老人抑郁状况,分析相关因素。方法:采取多阶段分层随机抽样方法,对大连市内四区贫困家庭老年人进行问卷调查,内容包括自编基本情况和社会支持问卷、老年抑郁量表(GDS),共发放问卷440份,χ^(2)检验和logistic回归模型进行数据分析。结果:本组老年人50%抑郁筛查结果为阳性;低受教育程度(56.2%)、单身群体(58.4%)、独居(59.5%)、低保家庭(78.7%)、健康自评较差(59.6%)和患有慢性病(57.3%)的贫困家庭老年人抑郁检出率较高;子女给予经济支持(42.1%)、经常与朋友聚会(37.2%)的贫困家庭老年人抑郁检出率较低(P<0.05)。结论:大连市贫困家庭老年人抑郁情况较严重,提议社会各界及政府部门应重点关注这一群体。
Objective:To investigate the depression status of the elderly from poor families in Dalian and ana-lyze the related factors.Methods:A stratified multistage random sampling method was conducted to select a sample of elderly from poor families in four districts of Dalian city.The self-compiled basic information questionnaire,Social support questionnaire and Geriatric Depression Scale were used in the survey.Totally 440 questionnaires were distributed.Data were analyzed with Chi-square test and logistic regression model.Results:The positive rate of de-pression in this sample was 50%.The rates of depression in elderly from poor families were higher in those with low education level(56.2%),being single(58.4%),living alone(59.5%),from poor family(78.7%),being un-healthy(59.6%)and with chronic diseases(57.3%),and lower in those with good social support network,such as got financial support from children(42.1%)and who often get together with friends(37.2%).Conclusions:It sug-gests that the detection rate of depression in the elderly from poor families in Dalian is high,which should be paid more attention to.
