摘要
随着改革开放进程的不断推进以及西方企业管理理论的广泛传播,迫于市场的经济需求,许多国有企业逐步构建了激励管理机制。然而,我国国有企业的激励管理机制尚存许多问题,例如激励形式过于单一、精神方面的激励比较匮乏等,国有企业激励机制仍不完备,缺乏有效的监督机制。为此,针对黑龙江省国企激励体制存在的问题,提出相应的强化对策,以期为企业员工提供个性化激励服务,从而实现有效激励的目的。
With the continuous advancement of the reform and opening up process and the wide spread of western business management theories,due to the economic demand of the market,many state-owned enterprises have gradually established incentive management mechanism.However,there are still many problems in the incentive management mechanism of China’s state-owned enterprises.For example,the incentive form is too simple,and the spiritual incentive is relatively deficient.In addition,the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises is still not complete,and there is no effective supervision mechanism.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the incentive system of stateowned enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,this paper puts forward corresponding strengthening countermeasures,in order to provide personalized incentive services for enterprise employees,so as to achieve the purpose of effective incentive.
