摘要 在数字时代,传统社交方式被颠覆,社交平台上的数字化社交取代了传统社交方式,引起了社会关系变革。马克思认为,人就其本质上是社会关系的总和,人的这一社会属性决定了其必须不断处于交往关系中,在交往关系中完成人的社会化进程。互联网的普及与信息技术的进步促使社交方式不断更新,在社交平台上进行社会关系建构。个体进入社交平台后首先是身份的转换。现实个体以虚拟身份存在于平台即用户,在虚拟世界里用户的主体能动性不断强化。这正迎合了平台夺取竞争优势的需求,用户积极活跃在社交平台,无偿为平台创造数据、生产内容。数字时代,平台之间的竞争就是数据获取与分析能力的竞争,获取数据至关重要,用户是数据的生产者,因此为了获得源源不断的数据,在各大平台中上演了用户“争夺战”。为获取数据与争夺用户,平台运用各种策略增强用户黏性、增加用户活跃时长。因此,用户愈发依赖网络与社交平台,并且在不断处于数字技术的支配下,实践方式被颠覆,在网络虚拟实践的影响下,主体性不断被重塑,人的真实主体性不断被消解。因此需要通过立足于社交平台的消费者用户,探究数字时代真实主体性的消解。 In the digital age,the traditional way of social communication has been subverted,and the digital social communication on the social platform has replaced the traditional way of social communication,which has caused the change of social relations.Marx believes that human beings are essentially the sum of social relations,and this social attribute of human beings determines that human beings must be constantly in the communication relationship and complete the process of human socialization in the communication relationship.The popularity of the Internet and the progress of information technology promote the continuous updating of social ways and the construction of social relations on the social platform.After the individual enters the social platform,the first thing is the change of identity.The real individual exists in the platform as a virtual identity,that is,the user.In the virtual world,the user's subjective initiative is constantly strengthened.This is to meet the needs of the platform to seize the competitive advantage.Users are actively active in the social platform,creating data and production content for the platform free of charge.In the digital era,the competition between platforms is the competition of data acquisition and analysis ability.It is very important to obtain data.Users are the producers of data.Therefore,in order to obtain a continuous stream of data,there is a“battle for users”in the major platforms.In order to obtain data and compete for users,the platform uses various strategies to enhance user stickiness and increase the active time of users.Therefore,users are increasingly dependent on the network and social platforms,and under the control of digital technology,the way of practice is subverted.Under the influence of network virtual practice,subjectivity is constantly reshaped,and human real subjectivity is constantly dispelled.Therefore,we need to explore the resolution of real subjectivity in the digital era through consumers based on social platform.
