摘要
对不同熔体流动速率(MFR)聚丙烯在造粒过程中的电机功率变化、各段筒体物料混炼流动性差异、压力变化规律、负荷临界点等进行了研究,探索生产超高MFR聚丙烯挤压造粒机组运行参数调整依据,进而实现造粒机组平稳运行。结果表明:在国产大型造粒机组上,将筒体温度控制在225~230℃,机头压力控制在3.6 MPa以上,可实现氢调法制备的MFR为220.0 g/10 min的超高流动聚丙烯的稳定造粒,其控制参数与MFR为100.0~150.0 g/10 min的聚丙烯差异较小;在高MFR聚丙烯的造粒过程中,要重点关注不熔融粉料造成的过滤器滤网堵塞问题。
The motor power,mixing fluidity in each section of barrel,pressure and load critical point in the process of granulating polypropylene resins in different ultra-high melt flow rate(MFR)were studied to adjust the operation parameters of pelletizer unit in stable during ultra-high MFR polypropylene production.The results show that the ultra-high MFR polypropylene with MFR of 220.0 g/10 min prepared by hydrogen regulation method can be granulated from a large-scale pelletizer by controlling the barrel temperature at 225-230℃and the die pressure at 3.6 MPa.These control parameters are similar to those for polypropylene with MFR of 100.0-150.0 g/10 min.In addition,the blockage of the filter screen caused by the non-molten powder need to be considered.
