摘要
目的:探讨自制模具在低年资护士穿刺技能综合训练中的应用效果。方法:以我院80例低年资护士为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组由临床教师进行常规穿刺能力的带教指导,自主进行临床实践;观察组采用自制静脉模具进行综合性静脉穿刺训练,比较干预前后2组的技能考核成绩、干预后患者的疼痛程度及满意度。结果:干预前,观察组和对照组的技能考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,观察组护士的一次穿刺成功率为67.5%(27/40),对照组为65.0%(26/40),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组护士的一次穿刺成功率为95.0%(38/40),对照组为80.0%(32/40)(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护士静脉穿刺患者的疼痛程度为(1.70±1.22)分,低于对照组(2.78±1.25)分(P<0.05);观察组护士静脉穿刺穿刺患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制模具进行静脉穿刺训练有助于提高低年资护士的理论知识及实践技能,减轻患者的穿刺疼痛程度,可以提高患者的满意度。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of self-made mold in comprehensive training of venipuncture skills of junior nurses.Methods:A total of 80 cases of junior nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was taught and guided by clinical teachers on routine venipuncture ability and carried out clinical practice independently.The observation group was conducted with self-made molds in comprehensive training of venipuncture.The skill assessment results of the two groups before and after the intervention,and the level of pain and satisfaction of the patient after the intervention were compared.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the skill assessment scores of the two group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the skill assessment score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the success rate of first puncture in the observation group was 67.5%(27/40),and that in the control group was 65.0%(26/40),there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After the intervention,the success rate of first puncture in the observation group was 95.0%(38/40),and that of the control group was 80.0%(32/40),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After the intervention,the patients in the observation group had a pain degree of(1.70±1.22),which was lower than that in the control group(2.78±1.25)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients to the venipuncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made mold for venipuncture training is helpful to improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of junior nurses,reduce the pain of puncture and improve the satisfaction of patients.
