摘要
近几年,氢能因其清洁、高效、来源广泛以及可再生等特点越来越受到各国政府、科技界和企业界的关注,逐步成为全球能源研究的一个热点。美国、日本、法国、德国等发达经济体纷纷出台氢能源战略,试图抢占氢能源发展的制高点。认真分析全球氢能源利用情况,吸收其他国家在氢能源利用方面的经验和教训,在“双循环”经济发展格局下,一方面,可以满足碳达峰、碳中和的发展要求;另一方面,为我国能源转型提供战略性指引,谱写绿色发展新篇章。
In recent years,hydrogen energy has attracted more and more attention from governments,scientific and technological circles and business circles around the world due to its clean,high-efficiency,wide-ranging sources,and renewable characteristics,and has gradually become a hot spot in global energy research.Developed economies such as the United States,Japan,France,and Germany have introduced hydrogen energy strategies in an attempt to seize the commanding heights of hydrogen energy development.Carefully analyze the global hydrogen energy utilization and absorb the experience and lessons of other countries in the hydrogen energy utilization.Under the"dual cycle"economic development pattern,on the one hand,it can meet the development requirements of carbon peak and carbon neutrality;on the other hand,Provide strategic guidance for my country's energy transition and write a new chapter in green development.
