摘要
目的探讨以时间理念为基础的护理干预对急性脑卒中患者自我健康管理能力及认知功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的急性脑卒中患者90例展开分析,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上结合以时间理念为基础的护理干预。比较两组自我健康管理能力、认知功能、神经功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果干预1个月后,观察组症状管理、情绪管理、资源利用管理、日常生活管理及康复锻炼管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组ADL、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以时间理念为基础的护理干预应用于急性脑卒中患者中,有助于提高患者的自我健康管理能力,促进其认知功能、神经功能改善,也能提高患者日常生活能力、生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on time concept on self-health management ability and cognitive function of patients with acute stroke.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute stroke admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected for analysis and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on time concept on this basis.The self-health management ability,cognitive function,neurological function,daily living ability and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results One month after intervention,the scores of symptom management,emotion management,resource utilization management,daily life management and rehabilitation exercise management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the ADL and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on time concept applied in patients with acute stroke is helpful to improve patients'self-health management ability,promote the improvement of their cognitive function and neurological function,and also improve patients'daily living ability and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
