摘要
主要总结当下医院在医疗新技术管理方面的一些思考,并提出相关培育建议。通过规范医疗新技术的日常管理考核和培育扶植,进行指标的探索与细化,旨在创新医疗新技术的管理,提升医院综合实力。
This paper mainly summarizes reflections on the hospital’s management of novel medical technologies and puts forward some suggestions for their cultivation. By standardizing routine management assessment and cultivation support, the indicators are explored and refined, so as to innovate the management of novel medical technologies and to enhance the comprehensive strengths of the hospital.
