摘要
本文设计了以实验室自制的2-(溴甲基)喹啉-3,4-二甲酸乙酯为起始化合物,与各种取代的酚经一锅连续的Williamson醚合成和酯水解反应,简便而有效地合成了一系列结构新颖的2-(芳氧甲基)喹啉-3,4-二羧酸,其结构通过波谱数据和元素分析得以证实。该合成方法具有实验简单、所用试剂便宜和收率高等优点,这将有助于该方法的应用。
In this work,a simple and convenient synthesis of a series of structurally novel 2-(aroxymethyl)quinoline-3,4-dicarboxylic acids had been achieved with good yields for the first time,involving one-pot sequential Williamson reaction between the newly synthesized diethyl 2-(bromomethyl)quinoline-3,4-dicarboxylate and various substituted phenols followed by subsequent ester hydrolysis reaction.The structures of these title compounds had been established on the basis of spectral data and elemental analyses.Our synthetic strategy featured experimental simplicity,inexpensive reagents and satisfactory yields,which would contribute to the usefulness of this method.
