摘要
中国共产党教育方针100年的发展,先后经历了四次重大的根本性转变,实现了四次伟大的历史性飞跃。以1949年为界,走过两段“之”字路。中华人民共和国成立前28年,走过了从共产主义文化教育总方针到新民主主义文化教育总方针的“之”字路。中华人民共和国成立后72年,走过了由新民主主义教育方针到社会主义初期教育方针、由社会主义建设前期教育方针到社会主义建设新时期教育方针的“之”字路。前后两段“之”字路,既迂回曲折,又一脉相承,集中体现了教育方针的阶级性与人民性、科学性与时代性、规范性与导向性、主观性与客观性、历史性与发展性的辩证统一,是一部完整的马克思主义教育思想中国化的创新发展史。站在新时代实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史制高点上,应坚持把教育摆在优先发展的战略地位,坚持党对教育的领导,坚持社会主义办学方向,落实立德树人的根本任务,着重解决好“为谁培养人”“如何培养人”“培养什么人”的问题,促进人的全面发展,促进社会的全面进步。
The educational policy of the Communist Party of China has undergone four great historical leaps in the past 100 years.It went through two zigzag roads with 1949 as the boundary.In the 28 years before the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it experienced a transition from the Communist general policy on culture and education to the New Democratic general policy on culture and education.During 72 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it has undergone a transition from the New Democratic educational policy to the Socialist initial stage educational policy,and from the educational policy of the early stage of Socialist construction to that of the new period of Socialist construction.The two zigzag roads are full of twists and turns,but also consistent,embodying a concentrated reflection of the educational policy of the dialectical unification of class and people,science and time,normalization and orientation,subjectivity and objectivity,history and development,which is a complete innovative development of the sinicization of Marxist educational thought.Viewing from the historical commanding heights to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in a new era,we should adhere to the strategic position of giving priority to the development of education,adhere to the Party’s leadership over education,adhere to the Socialist direction of running schools,carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by strengthening moral education,focusing on solving the problems of“for whom to cultivate people”,“how to cultivate people”and“what people to cultivate”,so as to promote the all-round development of people and the overall progress of the society.
