高师院校师范生教学技能培养现状的调查——以湖北三所高师院校为例 被引量:5

摘要 21世纪以来,我国对教育事业的重视程度日益提升。基础教育新一轮改革对教师的综合素质提出了更高的要求,教师的教学技能作为检验其综合素质的重要指标,是教师入职前必定要学习并掌握的基本技能。了解现阶段高师师范生对于教学技能的掌握情况并不断做出改进,逐步提高高等师范教育质量,是当今重要的研究课题之一。此次调查主要以湖北三所高师院校师范生作为研究对象,对培养重视程度、培养方式、培养效果、培养存在的问题等方面开展了调查,对收集的问卷进行分类并进行归因分析,发现一些问题并提出了解决建议,以期利于师范生教学技能的提高。 Since the 21 century,people increasingly pay more attention to the cause of education in China.With new round of basic education revolution,higher request to comprehensive quality of teachers has been put forward.All new teachers should learn and grasp the teaching skill,a major indicator and a fundamental ability of teacher’s comprehensive quality.Grasping the current situation of teaching skill training and seeking continuous improvement to raise the quality of higher normal education is an important subject.This study investigated normal students of three normal universities in Hubei province from attention on training,training means,training effects,and problems in training.The questionaries were classified and analyzed to figure out the problems in teaching skill training.Suggestion to these problems was recommended to improve the teaching ability of new teachers.
