摘要
某化工装置中废水中含有悬浮物、油以及大量有机物,其中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)在高浓度的情况下会导致菌种失活,使得生物难以进行降解。针对该污水特点,采用破乳沉降的物化预处理工艺,预处理后的污水可直接排入污水处理装置,进行集中处理。
The wastewater from a chemical plant contains suspended solids,oil and a large amount of organic matter.The high concentration of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)will lead to the inactivation of bacteria,which makes it difficult for biological degradation.According to the characteristics of the sewage,the physicochemical pretreatment process of demulsification sedimentation is adopted.The pretreated sewage can be directly discharged into the sewage treatment device for centralized treatment.
