摘要
转盘驱动系统是海洋石油电驱修井机旋转系统的核心部件,在钻井和修井过程中,用来承托管柱重量,进行管柱的连接和卸扣,提供不同方向的转速和动态扭矩,达到钻进的目的。在海洋石油电驱修井机设计中,采用独立的交流变频电机和链条减速箱为转盘提供足够大的扭矩,通过控制按钮和触摸屏完成对转盘方向和扭矩控制,实现了无极变速,能更精确地完成作业任务。在介绍海洋石油电驱修井机转盘驱动系统的组成原理及基本设计要点的同时,对转盘驱动系统的选型设计提出了相应的建议。
The turntable drive system is the core component of the offshore oil electric drive workover rig rotary system.In the drilling and workover process,the turntable drive system is used to support the string weight,connect and break out the string,and provide different directions of speed and dynamic torque to achieve the purpose of drilling.In the design of offshore oil electric drive workover rig,independent AC variable-frequency motors and chain reduction gearboxes are used to provide sufficient torque for the turntables,and the control of the direction and torque of the turntables is completed through the control buttons and the touch screen,which realizes infinitely variable speeds and can complete the task more accurately.This paper introduces the composition principle and basic design of the turntable drive system for offshore oil electric drive workover rig,and puts forward some suggestions on the selection design of turntable drive system.
