摘要
目的分析肛肠手术患者护理需求,评价情志护理干预对患者依从性以及情绪状况等方面的影响。方法选择医院2019年4月—2020年4月收治的96例手术患者,手术治疗基础上结合护理方案进行分组,采取随机数字表法。对照组48例肛肠手术患者采取常规护理,研究组48例肛肠手术患者配合情志护理干预,比较两组肛肠手术患者的护理效果(情绪状况、治疗依从性、护理满意度、疾病认知度)。结果组间治疗依从率、护理满意度以及疾病认知度比较,研究组肛肠手术患者指标占比率均高于对照组,P<0.05。组间干预后SAS与SDS负性情绪评分比较,研究组指标评分明显少于对照组,P<0.05。结论肛肠手术患者心理负担较重,予以患者情志护理干预可以在稳定患者情绪的同时提高患者治疗依从性,预后效果良好。
Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with anorectal surgery and evaluate the influence of emotional nursing intervention on patients’compliance and emotional status.Methods 96 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into groups based on the surgical treatment combined with the nursing plan,and the random number table method was adopted.48 patients in the control group were received routine nursing and 48 patients in the study group were received emotional nursing intervention.The nursing effects(emotional state,treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,disease awareness)of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results Comparing the treatment compliance rate,nursing satisfaction and disease awareness between the groups,the proportion of patients with anorectal surgery in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Comparing the negative emotion scores between SAS and SDS after intervention between the groups,the index scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with anorectal surgery have a heavy psychological burden.Emotional nursing intervention can stabilize patients’emotions and improve patients’treatment compliance,with good prognosis.
