摘要
目的分析护理健康教育在飞秒激光小切口基质透镜取出术(femtosecond laser small incision stromal lens extraction,SMILE)中的应用效果。方法选定本院2019年1月—2020年1月门诊接诊的84例SMILE手术患者,随机分组(每组样本容量42例),参照组给予临床常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上给予护理健康教育,对比两组SAS评分、并发症发生率、视力恢复时间。结果研究组SAS均明显比参照组低,研究组并发症发生率(4.76%)明显比参照组(23.81%)低,研究组视力恢复时间明显比参照组短,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论护理健康教育可有效减轻飞秒激光小切口基质透镜取出术患者围术期不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,赢得患者认可与赞同。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing health education in femtosecond laser small incision stromal lens extraction(SMILE).Methods 84 patients with SMILE surgery from our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into groups(sample size of 42 in each group).The reference group was given routine clinical care.The test group was based on the reference group nursing health education was given to compare the SAS scores,complication rates,and vision recovery time between the two groups.Results The SAS of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group(4.76%)was significantly lower than that of the reference group(23.81%),and the visual recovery time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group,P<0.05,the differences were all statistical significant.Conclusion Nursing health education can effectively alleviate the perioperative negative emotions and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with femtosecond laser small incision stromal lens extraction,and win the patient’s recognition and approval.
