摘要
目的针对高血压患者,分析苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月期间本院收治的高血压患者中56例作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分成试验组和参照组,每组28例。观察两组治疗效果和治疗前后内皮功能变化。结果试验组治疗有效率(96.43%)高于参照组为(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后NO高于参照组,ET-1低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片用于高血压治疗,能够改善内皮功能,有效控制血压。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate tablets in patients with hypertension.Methods 56 patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 28 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect and the changes of endothelial function before and after treatment were observed.Results The effective rate of the experimental group(96.43%)was higher than that of the reference group(71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,NO in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and ET-1 was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate tablets can improve endothelial function and control blood pressure effectively.
