摘要 随着飞机向多电、全电方向发展,通过测量驾驶员操纵力,可以作为飞控系统控制飞机飞行的输入参数,以及故障或事故原因定位分析的重要参数。将飞机驾驶杆与载荷机构之间的连杆设计为电阻应变式测力传感器,在描述传感器工作原理的基础上,设计了量程为±500N的测力传感器,实现了驾驶员操纵力实时监测,综合误差小于1%F·S。给出了弹性体设计、应变计选择、灵敏度计算和桥路补偿的方法,为新研飞机研制或现有飞机加改装驾驶杆力传感器提供了参考。 With the development of aircraft towards multi-electric and all-electric direction,the pilot's control force can be measured as the input parameters of flight control system to control the flight of aircraft,as well as the important parameters of fault and accident cause location analysis.The connecting rod between the pilot rod and the load mechanism is designed as a resistance strain type force sensor,describing the working principle of the sensor,designing to a force sensor with a measuring range of 500N,realize real-time monitoring of the pilot's control force and the comprehensive error is less than 1%F·S.The method of sensitivity calculation,bridge compensation,elastomer design and strain gauge selection is given,which provides a reference for the development of new aircraft or the modification of pilot lever force sensor for existing aircraft.
