摘要
目前U型梁结构秤体已成为汽车衡秤体的主流结构,其具有外形美观、刚性好、易于实现机械化流水线作业及生产效率高的优点。生产设备的参数选择、焊接过程的变形控制、生产工艺布局直接影响着产品质量和生产效率。本文作者根据多年的产品设计、生产组织的体会,提出了一些建议,仅供参考。
At present,the U-beam structure scale body has become the mainstream structure of truck scale body,which has the advantages of beautiful appearance,good rigidity,easy to realize mechanized assembly line operation and high production efficiency.Parameter selection of production equipment,deformation control of welding process and layout of production process directly affect product quality and production efficiency.Based on years of experience in product design and production organization,the author puts forward some suggestions for reference only.
