摘要
间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是具有强大增殖能力和多向分化潜在能力的祖细胞,根据来源不同,可以分为骨髓间充质干细胞、胎盘间充质干细胞、脐带间充质干细胞和脂肪间充质干细胞。MSCs有望成为用于细胞治疗和促进组织修复的候选细胞。然而,MSCs在某些情况下对肿瘤细胞的促进作用也不能忽视。该文回顾近年来关于MSCs双向调节肿瘤细胞的文献,从中探究引起肿瘤细胞的增殖,迁移,侵袭产生抑制或者促进作用机制和规律,为科学合理地开展MSCs的临床试验提供参考。
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are progenitors with strong proliferation and multi-differentiation potential.According to different sources,MSCs can be divided into bone marrow,placental,umbilical and fat mesenchymal stem cells.MSCs are promising candidates for cell-based therapies and for the promotion of tissue repair.However,the promotion effect of MSCs on tumor cells in some cases cannot be ignored.This paper reviews the recent literature on the bidirectional regulation of MSCs in tumor cells,and explores the mechanism and law of inhibiting or promoting the proliferation,migration and invasion of tumor cells,so as to provide reference for scientific and reasonable clinical trials of MSCs.
