摘要 “十三五”规划(2016-2020年)中提出发展学前教育,鼓励普惠性幼儿园发展,幼儿教育是萌芽阶段,健康的起跑线,把健康的关卡前移,重视幼儿教育,是我国现阶段发展需要重视的问题。在此背景下,2014年,由国家体育总局体操运动管理中心提出“快乐体操”将竞技项目大众化,这有利于培养青少年儿童体验运动乐趣、运动爱好,促进身心发展和智力发展。 The 13th Five Year Plan(2016-2020)pointed out that the development of preschool education encourages the development of inclusive kindergartens.Early childhood education is a budding stage.A healthy starting line,moving healthy levels forward,and attaching importance to early childhood education are issues that we need to pay attention to at this stage.Against this background,in 2014,the Gymnastics Management Center of the General Administration of Sports of China proposed"happy gymnastics"to popularize athletics,which is conducive to youth and children experiencing sports fun,training sports hobbies,and promoting physical and mental health and intellectual development.
