摘要
归化政策在我国已经得到实施,目前已有多名外籍球员成功归化。随着归化球员的加入,国足的竞技实力也会在短期内得到提升。归化球员的价值不仅体现在备战2022年卡塔尔世界杯,要想提高中国足球整体实力,推动中国足球可持续性发展,就必须在现有归化球员的基础上优化并完善现有归化政策制度。建立严格的筛选机制,保证引进归化球员的质量,最大限度地利用归化带来的有利因素。提高国内群众对足球的关注度与认可程度,政府积极推广,各单位与协会积极筹办各类青少年及成人足球赛事。通过提高国内青训影响力与关注度来扩大足球青训人口,完善青训体系制度,提高青少年足球运动员成材率,进而增加我国青少年足球人才储备量,避免足球人才断档的发生,保证我国足球发展的可持续性。
