摘要
目的:探讨品管圈干预模式在高血压脑出血气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年5月—2020年4月于漯河市中心医院行气管切开的高血压脑出血患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用品管圈干预模式,对比两组气管切开留置时间、临床相关指标发生情况及家属护理满意度。结果:观察组气管切开留置时间为(20.25±5.31)d,短于对照组的(31.32±5.53)d;临床相关指标发生率为5.00%低于对照组的20.00%;观察组家属护理满意度为98.33%高于对照组的86.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈干预模式能够有效减少高血压脑出血气管切开患者导管痰痂堵塞等不良事件的发生,利于缩短气管切开留置时间,提升家属护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the application effect of quality control circle intervention mode in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing tracheotomy. Methods: 120 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who underwent tracheotomy in the hospital from May 2017 to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given quality control circle intervention mode on the basis of the control group. The time of tracheotomy indwelling, the occurrence of clinical related indicators and the nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups. Results: The indwelling time of tracheotomy in the observation group was(20.25±5.31) d, which was shorter than(31.32±5.53) d in the control group, the incidence of clinical related indicators was 5.00%,lower than 20.00% of the control group and the nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 98.33%, higher than 86.68% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The quality control circle intervention mode can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as catheter sputum scab blockage in tracheotomy patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, shorten the tracheotomy indwelling time, and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
