摘要
以湖北文理学院旅游管理专业为例,以培养集具有广阔视野、实践能力、服务意识、创新精神于一体的“旅游+”专业人才为目标,探讨了旅游管理专业应用型、创新型人才的培养途径,提出了“多元培养、四维融合、五位一体、全程协同”的培养体系.通过充分发挥“政、行、企、校、地”优势,深化校内校外、课内课外、线上线下、行业企业职业学业相融合策略,实现项目育人、竞赛育人、协同育人的专业培养目标.
Taking the tourism management specialty in Hubei University of Arts and Sciences as an example,aiming at professionals with international vision,practical ability,service awareness and innovative spirit,it discussed the ways to cultivation of applied and innovative talents majoring in tourism management and it put forward a talent training system focusing on“multiple cultivation,four-dimensional integration,five-in-one and full collaboration”.We can give full play to the advantages of“politics,business,enterprise,and university”,pay much attention to the integration of on-campus and off-campus,in-class and out-of-class,online and offline,integration of industry,enterprises,career and schoolwork,to realize the goal via project education,competition education and collaborative education.
