高原型藏羊采精及细管冻精授配技术 被引量:3

摘要 近年,随着藏羊养殖产业不断向前发展,养殖规模扩大的同时,高品质高生产能力种公羊的数量锐减。由于农牧民群众不注重做好优质种质资源的保存工作,种间无须杂交滥交行为,使生产的后代抵抗能力较差,生长周期较长,育肥效果较差,不利于提高养殖效益。需要不断加强高原型藏羊的选育工作,通过推广应用细管冻精配种技术,缩短育种周期。为进一步推动青海地区高原型藏羊育种工作的高效开展,该文主要论述高原型藏羊采精技术,在此基础上开展细管冻精配种试验。研究结果表明,采集到的藏羊种公羊的新鲜经验品质较高,精子活力较强,冷冻处理后精子活性普遍0.35~0.5,选择使用冷冻精液对20只发情的母羊进行配种后没有出现反情现象,全部受胎,取得很好的配种效果。 In recent years,with the development of Tibetan sheep breeding industry,the number of high-quality and highproductivity breeding rams has declined sharply.Because farmers and herdsmen do not pay attention to the preservation of highquality germplasm resources,and no need for interspecific hybridization and promiscuity,the resistance of the offspring produced is poor,the growth cycle is long,and the fattening effect is poor,which is not conducive to raising the breeding efficiency.It is necessary to strengthen the breeding work of Plateau Tibetan sheep and shorten the breeding cycle by popularizing and applying the technology of frozen semen in thin tube.In order to promote the high efficiency of Tibetan sheep breeding in Qinghai province,this paper mainly discussed the collecting semen technique of Tibetan sheep in Qinghai province.The results showed that the fresh experience quality and the sperm vigor of the collected Tibetan Ram were high,and the sperm viability of the frozen Ram was generally 0.35~0.5,select the use of frozen semen on 20 ewes in heat after breeding,there is no anti-estrus phenomenon,all conceived,achieved good breeding results.
