摘要
安徽作为酿酒大省,其省内白酒企业众多,若想提高其产业标准化发展,并走出省内,走向全国,产业转型显得尤为重要。主要针对产业转型背景下安徽白酒行业改造提升标准化发展的有效措施进行了研究与分析,同时为类似行业发展提供一定的参考。
Anhui, as a major wine-making province, has a large number of liquor-making enterprises in the province. If we want to improve the standardization development of its industry, and go out of the province to the whole country, the industrial transformation is particularly important. This study mainly focuses on the transformation of Anhui liquor industry under the background of industrial transformation to promote standardization and development of effective measures for research and analysis, while providing a reference for the development of similar industries.
