摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,我国在高速公路建设方面发展迅速。在高速公路建设项目管理过程中,传统的管理方式会影响高速公路建设质量、建设进度和企业效益。因此,论文从高速公路建设制度、施工期间、评估体系3个方面的精细化管理进行分析,就如何提高高速公路建设项目管理水平,推动我国高速公路高质量、高水平发展提出建议,以供参考。
With the continuous development of social economy,my country has developed rapidly in highway construction.In the process of expressway construction project management,traditional management methods will affect the quality of expressway construction,construction progress and corporate benefits.Therefore,this article analyzes the refined management of three aspects of highway construction system,construction period,and evaluation system,and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the management level of highway construction projects and promote the high-quality and high-level development of highways in my country for reference.
