小管径管道多层腐蚀力-磁耦合规律研究

摘要 利用有限元分析软件,研究了20#小管径钢管道在地磁环境下的应力与磁信号规律。分析了多层缺陷模型中层数、深度,以及管道内压对的管道应力的影响,并探究了在应力集中处管道表面空气层中磁信号的分布规律。结果表明:管道应力在腐蚀缺陷处发生突变,产生了应力集中;在应力集中处会出现磁感应强度周向、径向分量过零点及轴向分量出现峰值的现象,且管道周向与管道径向磁感应强度波动方向相反;管道轴向与管道径向磁感应强度比管道周向磁感应强度受外界的影响更为剧烈。将模拟结果与实际测量的漏磁信号特征进行比较,验证了该仿真模型的合理性。 The finite element analysis software is used to study the stress and magnetic signal law of 20#small diameter steel pipe under geomagnetic environment.Influence of the number of layers,depth and internal pressure of the multi-layer defect model on the pipeline stress is analyzed,and the distribution of magnetic signals in the air layer on the surface of the pipeline where the stress is concentrated is explored.The simulation results are compared with the characteristics of the actual measured magnetic flux leakage signal to verify the rationality of the simulation model.The results show that the pipeline stress changes abruptly at the corrosion defects,resulting in stress concentration.In the stress concentration area,the magnetic induction intensity shows a peak in the circumferential direction,the zero crossing of the radial component and the axial component,and the circumferential direction of the pipeline is opposite to the direction of the radial magnetic induction intensity fluctuation.The peak of the axial and radial magnetic induction intensity of the pipeline is more significantly affected by the external environment than the circumferential magnetic induction intensity of the pipeline.
