摘要
随着信息化工作的不断深入,已有相当数量的馆藏档案被数字化存储,另有越来越多的电子文件类档案成为文学档案的重要组成部分。在信息技术迅猛发展的大背景下,对藏品进行科学化、标准化、规范化的管理已经是大势所趋。中国现代文学馆35年的文学档案管理历程是从档案实体化管理向知识管理转型的过程,适时总结其构建经验,对同类馆室档案管理工作的实施和完善能够起到一定的借鉴和参考作用。
With the deepening of informatization,a considerable number of archives have been stored digitally.In addition,more and more electronic files have become an important part of literary archives.Under the background of rapid development of information technology,scientific,standardized and normalized management of collected archives is the general trend.The 35-year history of literary archives management of National Museum of Modern Chinese Literature is a process of transformation from archives entity management to knowledge management.Timely summary of its construction experience can play a certain reference role in the implementation and improvement of archives management of similar libraries.
