摘要
目的研究直流电药物离子导入在慢性腰痛患者护理康复中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的50例慢性腰痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(25例,采用直流电药物离子导入护理干预)和对照组(25例,采用常规针灸护理干预)。比较两组患者的护理效果及腰痛程度。结果研究组患者的护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组腰疼痛评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性腰痛患者康复护理过程中采取直流电药物离子导入干预的效果较为显著,可有效提高护理效果,减轻患者的腰痛症状。
Objective To study the effect of direct current drug iontophoresis in the nursing and rehabilitation of chronic low back pain.Methods The study subjects were selected from 50 patients with chronic low back pain who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a study group(25 cases,received direct current drug iontophoresis nursing intervention)and a control group(25 cases,received conventional acupuncture nursing intervention).The nursing effect and the degree of low back pain of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing care of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the score of lumbar pain in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of direct current drug iontophoresis intervention in the rehabilitation and nursing process of patients with chronic low back pain is more significant,which can effectively improve the nursing effect and reduce the symptoms of low back pain in patients.
