摘要
目的探究全面护理干预对胆结石患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间、不良心理状态、生活质量与并发症发生率的影响。方法纳入2018年11月至2020年10月我院收治的胆结石患者94例,按照数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=47)予以常规护理,观察组(n=47)实施全面护理干预,并对两组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、不良心理状态、生活质量与并发症发生率进行对比。结果观察组肛门首次排气、排便、进食恢复时间均少于对照组,情绪、日常活动、自觉症状、躯体功能得分以及生活质量总分均高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胆结石患者接受全面护理干预的价值高,可缩短术后胃肠功能恢复时间,改善不良心理状态,减少并发症出现,促使患者生活质量显著提升。
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,adverse psychological state,quality of life and complication rate of gallstone patients after operation.Methods Ninety-four patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to October 2020 were divided into two groups according to the numerical table method.The control group(n=47)was given routine nursing,while the observation group(n=47)was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,adverse psychological state,quality of life and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of first anal exhaust,defecation and eating in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the scores of emotion,daily activities,conscious symptoms,physical function and quality of life were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of anxiety and depression and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of comprehensive nursing intervention for gallstone patients is high,which can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function after operation,improve the bad psychological state,reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the quality of life of patients significantly.
