摘要
目的探讨普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔治疗小儿先天性心脏病心律失常的效果。方法纳入我院68例2008年11月至2018年11月小儿先天性心脏病心律失常患儿。随机数字表分组,单一组34例患儿采取普罗帕酮治疗,联合组34例患儿采取普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组疗效、临床症状、临床相关指标、不良反应发生率。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于单一组,P<0.05。治疗前两组小儿短阵室性心动过速、房性早搏、室性早搏和矩阵房性心动过速发作的次数差异无显著性,P>0.05;治疗后联合组上述各指标均低于单一组,P<0.05。联合组心悸、头晕、胸闷消失时间及心电图恢复正常的时间更短,P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论普罗帕酮联合美托洛尔治疗小儿先天性心脏病心律失常的效果理想,可有效改善患儿的临床症状以及生活质量,并改善患儿的胃功能,无严重不良反应发生,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of propafenone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of children with congenital heart disease and arrhythmia.Methods Sixty-eight children with congenital heart disease and arrhythmia from November 2008 to November 2018 were included in our hospital.Random number table grouping,34 children in a single group were treated with propafenone,and 34 children in the combined group were treated with propafenone combined with metoprolol.The efficacy,clinical symptoms,clinical related indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the single group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the number of episodes of short bursts of ventricular tachycardia,atrial premature beats,ventricular premature beats and matrix atrial tachycardia between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;after treatment,the above indicators of the combined group were all lower than single group,P<0.05.The time for palpitations,dizziness,chest tightness to disappear and the time for ECG to return to normal was shorter in the combined group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion Propafenone combined with metoprolol has an ideal effect in the treatment of children with congenital heart disease and arrhythmia.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the children,and improve the gastric function of the children.There is no serious adverse reactions occurred,with high safety.
