摘要
目的研究早期胃癌患者实施腹腔镜手术的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月本院收治的56例早期胃癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,各28例。参照组采用开腹手术治疗,实验组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组患者手术治疗相关指标、治疗前后生活质量评分及术后并发症情况。结果实验组手术时间、通气时间、住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组出血量、术后疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组社会功能、日常活动、躯体状态、心理状态评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后并发症发生率(10.71%)低于参照组(35.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期胃癌患者行腹腔镜手术治疗效果确切,可降低患者的创伤,提升术后恢复效果,降低手术并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with early gastric cancer.Methods 56 patients with early gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019,and they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with open surgery,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The indexes related to surgical treatment,quality of life scores before and after treatment and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time of operation,ventilation and hospitalization in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss and postoperative pain scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups.After treatment,scores of social function,daily activity,physical state and mental state in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(10.71%)was lower than that in the reference group(35.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for patients with early gastric cancer has definite effect,which can reduce the trauma of patients,improve the postoperative recovery effect,reduce the incidence of surgical complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
