摘要
本文采用微波催化湿式氧化技术处理含酚废水,考察了催化剂投加量、氧化剂添加量、反应温度、反应时间、初始pH值等对废水处理效果的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件:硫酸铜投加量3 g/L,过氧化氢投加量40 g/L,初始pH值5.5,反应温度80℃、反应时间60 min。该工艺条件下,废水TOC去除率可达到85%以上,可生化性测试B/C可达到0.43。
In this paper,microwave catalytic wet air oxidation technology was used to treat phenol-containing wastewater.The effects of catalyst dosage,oxidant dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time and initial pH value on wastewater treatment were investigated.The optimum conditions were determined as follows:the dosage of copper sulfate was 3 g/L,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 40 g/L,the initial pH value was 5.5,the reaction temperature was 80℃and the reaction time was 60 min.Under the conditions of this process,the TOC removal rate of wastewater can reach more than 85%,and the biochemical test B/C can reach 0.43.
