摘要
巨大倒置T波是指体表心电图有3个以上导联出现深度>1.0 mV的倒置T波,且QT间期延长。巨大倒置T波为交感激活所致,因此又称交感性T波。常见于脑型T波(Niagara瀑布样T波)、缺血性T波(Wellen’s综合征、峡谷T波)、心脏记忆性T波、全导联倒置T波、Takotsubo综合征T波。本文就急性左心力衰竭后心电图出现短暂迟发巨大倒置T波罕见病例1例进行报道。
Giant inverted T wave refers to the inverted T wave with depth > 1.0 mV in more than three leads of body surface electrocardiogram,and the QT interval is prolonged.The giant inverted T wave is caused by sympathetic activation,so it is also called sympathetic T wave.It is common in brain type T wave(Niagara waterfall T wave),ischemic T wave(Wellen’s syndrome,canyon T wave),cardiac memory T wave,whole lead inverted T wave and takotsubo syndrome T wave.This paper reports a rare case of transient and delayed giant inverted T wave in electrocardiogram after acute left heart failure.
