摘要
论文对高炉TRT机组更换前轴瓦和机组蜂窝密封检修情况作了简要的介绍;重点记录和分析了TRT机组检修后转速从零到额定转速过程中的相关参数和轴瓦异常情况;同时对运行过程中轴瓦出现的异常情况用应力波分析技术进行了综合分析,确认TRT机组前轴瓦异常的主要原因是滑动轴承轴与轴瓦之间产生了碰摩,导致润滑油污染和润滑不良,引起前轴瓦温度异常;处理措施是设备重新开盖处理,避免了抱轴等更严重事故的发生。
This paper briefly introduces the maintenance of the front bearing bush and honeycomb seal of the TRT unit of a blast furnace in a company. It mainly records and analyzes the relevant parameters and the abnormal conditions of the bearing bush in the process of rotating speed from zero to rated speed after the maintenance of the TRT unit. At the same time, it applies the stress wave analysis technology to the abnormal conditions of the bearing bush in the process of operation. It comprehensively analyzes and confirms the abnormal conditions of the front bearing bush of the TRT unit, and the main reason is that there is rub between sliding bearing shaft and bearing bush, which leads to lubricating oil pollution and poor lubrication,and causes abnormal temperature of front bearing bush;the treatment measure is to re-open the cover of the equipment to avoid more serious accidents such as bearing holding.
