摘要
特高压交直流混联格局在电力系统中应运而生,由此引发的受端电网稳定性相关问题也较为严峻。频率紧急协调控制策略在解决电网频率和暂态稳定的同时容易导致断面功率越限问题发生,对于大功率缺陷下稳控装置动作所引起重要输电断面稳定限额等一系列紧急状态恢复问题缺乏深入研究,尚未形成系统性应对策略。文章基于EDCPS、抽蓄切泵和可中断负荷切除等措施提出协调特高压交直流混联受端电网频率稳定约束和断面功率限额约束校正控制方案,解决关键输电断面功率越稳定限额的问题。
The UHV AC/DC hybrid pattern arises at the historical moment in the power system,which causes serious problems related to the stability of the receiving end of the power network.The frequency emergency coordinated control strategy can solve the power grid frequency and transient stability while easily lead to the over-limit problem of section power.There is a lack of in-depth research on a series of emergency restoration problems such as the stability limit of important transmission section caused by the operation of stability control device under high power defects,and no systematic response strategy has been formed yet.Based on measures such as EDCPS,pumping/storage pump and interruptible load removal,this paper proposes a coordinated calibration control scheme for the frequency stability constraint and section power limit constraint of the UHV AC-DC hybrid receiving end network,so as to solve the problem of the more stable power limit of the key transmission section.
