摘要
江苏乡村振兴是以农业农村现代化为目标的全面振兴,村庄作为农村要素的重要载体将在其中发挥重要作用。通过对不同地域典型地区的调研,从微观上揭示江苏村庄布局现状特征,在分析全面推进乡村振兴对村庄布局新要求的基础上,指出当前江苏村庄布局仍然存在布局散乱、布局体系不合理、优化选址难度大、特色彰显不够的问题,最终从理顺规划体系和创新管控政策、明确优化重点和分区分类引导、优化布局节点和强化集镇作用、提高建设标准和提升宜居度四个方面提出村庄布局优化的策略建议。
Jiangsu rural revitalization is a revitalization in all respects to realize the goal of agricultural and rural areas modernization.As an important carrier of countryside elements,villages will play an important role in it.Through investigating in typical areas of different regions,this paper first reveals the current characteristics of village layout in Jiangsu from the microscopic view;on the basis of analyzing the new requirements of village layout in promoting rural revitalization in all respects,and then points out that there are still some problems such as layout scattered,layout system unreasonable,difficulty in optimizing sites selection,and deficiency in highlighting characteristics.Finally,the paper puts forward strategic suggestions on optimizing the village layout from four aspects,which focuses on rationalizing the planning system and innovating management and control policies,clarifying optimization priorities and zoning and classification guidance,optimizing layout nodes and strengthening the role of market towns,and increasing construction standards and improving livability.
