摘要
为深入贯彻落实森林草原防火的相关要求,立足于森林和草原输电线路火灾隐患防治工作,开展森林草原火灾高危和高风险区架空输电线路接地装置方案优化研究,以避免接地装置焊接施工产生的明火或高温。应用全寿命周期法对几种接地型式进行了技术经济比较,得出了适用于森林草原火灾高危和高风险区架空输电线路接地装置的接地型式,研究成果在某水电站500 kV送出线路工程中得到试点应用,应用效果良好。
The scheme of overhead transmission line grounding device in such fire high-risk areas as forest and grassland is optimized to avoid open fire or high temperature caused by welding of grounding device,and thereby fully implement the relevant requirements of forest and grassland fire prevention and control.This paper makes a technical and economic comparison of several grounding types by using the whole life cycle method,and selects a grounding type suitable for overhead transmission line grounding devices in forest and grassland fire high-risk areas.The research results have been applied in a 500 kV transmission line project of a hydropower station which has achieved good application effect.
