摘要
为了研究奶牛产后炎性细胞因子变化规律,选择2~3胎次自然分娩荷斯坦奶牛10头,分别在产后0、7、14和21 d晨饲前采血,采用ELISA法对血浆中炎性细胞因子含量进行测定。测定结果表明血浆中TNF-α、IL-8和IL-17含量在产后0 d显著高于产后7、14和21 d(P<0.05),IL-1含量在产后14 d显著高于其他时间段(P<0.05),IL-2、IL-18含量在产后0 d极显著高于产后其他时间段(P<0.01),IL-6含量在产后7 d显著高于其他时间段(P<0.05),IL-23含量在产后0 d显著低于其他时间段(P<0.05),且随着时间逐渐升高且差异显著(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、IL-17和IL-18的含量在产后21 d显著降低(P<0.05);TGF-β、IL-4、IL-10、IL-13和IgG的含量在产后0 d显著高于其他时间段(P<0.05),IL-4含量在产后7 d开始逐渐下降且差异不显著(P>0.05),TGF-β、IL-10和IL-13的含量在产后21 d显著低于其他时间段(P<0.05)。奶牛产后炎性因子的变化与分娩启动、急性炎性损伤、能量负平衡引起的免疫抑制和病原微生物的感染等多种因素有关。
To study the postpartum inflammatory cytokines in dairy cows, 10 Holstein cows with 2 to 3 natural delivery were selected in this experiment.Blood was collected before morning feeding on 0,7,14 and 21 d, inflammatory cytokines in plasma were measured by ELISA.The results showed that the blood concentrations of TNF-α,IL-8,IL-17 on 0 d postpartum were significantly higher than those on 7,14 and 21 d postpartum(P<0.05).IL-1 concentration on 14 d postpartum was significantly higher than that in other time periods(P<0.05).IL-2,IL-18 concentration on 0 d postpartum was significantly higher than those in other time periods(P<0.01).IL-6 concentration on 7 d postpartum was significantly higher than that in other time periods(P<0.05).The content of IL-23 on 0 d postpartum was significantly lower than that in other time periods(P<0.05),and it gradually increased with time and the difference was significant(P<0.05).TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,IL-17,and IL-18 concentration on 21 d postpartum decreased significantly(P<0.05);TGF-β,IL-4,IL-10,IL-13 and IgG were significantly higher at 0 d postpartum than those in other time(P<0.05).IL-4 began to gradually decrease on 7 d postpartum, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).TGF-β,IL-10,and IL-13 were significantly lower than those in other time on 21 d postpartum(P<0.05).The changes of postpartum inflammatory factors of dairy cows are related to many factors, such as the start of delivery, acute inflammatory injury, immunosuppression caused by negative energy balance, and infection of pathogenic microorganisms.
