摘要
为了明确化工企业VOCs活性物种和特征污染物的转化及其形成机理,针对珠江三角洲地区具有代表性的化工企业VOCs源排放清单进行了估算,结合相关资料及分析结果,最终优选出了5个典型的排污量较大的化工企业作为研究对象,采用GC×GC方法对NMHC、OVOCs和HXC等进行了分析检测。结合臭氧生成潜势,筛选出企业排放的优控VOCs,采用量子化学机理分析了该地区VOCs形成机理,并进行了治理路径的选取及适应性分析。结果表明:5个典型VOCs排放行业之间总体类别结构上有一定的相似性,但源排放成分特征存在明显区别;无组织排放与有组织排放方式对这些工业、工艺类别的VOCs排放类别组分影响不大;在所有化工企业中含氧VOCs始终是重要的排污成分;根据OFP值筛选出企业优控污染物主要为芳香烃和含硫/氧有机物;应充分结合待处理废气的排放特征,综合分析环境、技术、经济性能,选择出最佳的治理路径技术或技术组合。
In order to clarify the conversion and formation mechanism of VOCs active species and characteristic pollutants in chemical companies,the VOCs source emission list of representative chemical companies in the Pearl River Delta region was estimated,combined with relevant data and analysis results,finally five companies were selected as a research object,and NMHC,OVOCs and HXC were tested.Combined with the potential of ozone generation,the optimal VOCs emitted by enterprises were screened out.The formation mechanism of VOCs in this area was analyzed by quantum chemistry mechanism,and the choice of control path and adaptability analysis were carried out.The results showed that there were certain similarities in the overall category structure among the five typical VOCs emission industries,but there are obvious differences in the characteristics of the source emission components;the unorganized emission and the organized emission methods little affected the VOCs emission category components of these industries and processes.Oxygen-containing VOCs were common important components in the source components of the five typical VOCs emission industries in the Pearl River Delta region;the optimal pollutants selected by the enterprise based on OFP value were mainly aromatic hydrocarbons and sulfur/oxygen organics;Only by fully combining the emission characteristics of the waste gas to be treated and comprehensively analyzing the environment,technology,the best feasible control path or technology combination can be selected.
