摘要
文中研究酸性染料墨水的黏度、表面张力、pH值、染料颗粒大小对石墨烯改性锦纶面料印花效果的影响,对面料预处理工艺、冷转移印花工艺进行试验探讨。结果表明:酸性染料墨水黏度2 380 mPa·s、PVI值为0.222、表面张力20.84 mN/m、pH值为5.0、墨水中染料颗粒细度14μm,面料预处理采用硫酸铵20g/L、给湿率35%,印花时轧辊压力0.5 MPa,固色时汽蒸时间40 min、汽蒸温度105℃时,可以获得较好的印花质量。
In this paper, the effects of viscosity, surface tension, pH value and dye particle size of acid dye ink on the printing effect of grapheme modified nylon fabric are studied, and the fabric pretreatment process and cold transfer printing process are tested. The results show that when the acid ink viscosity is 2 380 m Pa·s, PVI is0.222, the surface tension is 20.84 mn/m, pH is 5.0, the dye particle size is 14 μm, the fabric is pretreated with ammonium sulfate of 20 g/L, the moisture delivery rate is 35%, the printing roller pressure is 10 kg/cm2, the steaming time is 40 minutes during fixation and the steaming temperature is 105 ℃, the printing quality is good.
