摘要
目的分析耳穴贴压配合中医情志护理对血液透析患者高血压的影响。方法在我院于2018年1月至2019年12月收治的血液透析患者中,选取167例作为本次的研究对象,根据不同的治护方式进行分组,其中83例采取常规减压药治疗的患者纳入常规组,另外84例在此基础上实施耳穴贴压配合中医情志护理的患者纳入研究组。对比两组患者的高血压治疗效果、不良症状发生情况和患者心理状态评分。结果研究组患的高血压治疗有效率高于常规组(P<0.05),不良症状发生率以及SAS、SDS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论给予血液透析患者耳穴贴压配合中医情志护理,能有效改善患者的不良心理状态,促进高血压控制效果的提升,减少并发症。
Objective To analyze the effect of auricular point sticking and TCM emotion nursing on hypertension of hemodialysis patients.Methods Among the hemodialysis patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,167 patients were selected as the research objects,and divided into groups according to different treatment and nursing methods.83 patients who were treated with conventional decompression drugs were included in the conventional group,and 84 patients who were treated with auricular point sticking and emotional care of traditional Chinese medicine were included in the study group.The therapeutic effect of hypertension,the occurrence of adverse symptoms and the score of patients’psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of hypertension treatment in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse symptoms,SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion It can effectively improve the patients’bad psychological state,promote the effect of hypertension control,and reduce complications.
