摘要
由于冷成型钢材与传统热轧钢存在材料和制作工艺上的不同,导致二者在高温环境下具有不同的力学表现行为。探讨了一种冷成型钢材在不同温度下的力学性能,试件分别取自截面尺寸为□600mm×16mm,□700mm×20mm,□800mm×22mm的方钢管,取件位置包括方钢管的平板区、转角区和焊缝处。试验采用稳态试验的方法分别将试件从常温至700℃的环境下拉断,试验共进行49组。试验获得的力学指标包括弹性模量、屈服强度、抗拉强度、极限拉应变、断裂应变以及几个特征强度。并将处理得到的保留因子和各国规范以及其他学者的结果进行比较。最后基于试验数据提出冷成型钢材在不同温度下力学指标的预测方程。
Due to the differences in materials and manufacturing processes between cold formed steel and traditional hot rolled steel have different mechanical behaviors at elevated temperatures.In this paper,the mechanical properties of a cold formed steel at different temperatures are investigated.The test specimens are taken from square steel pipes with cross-section dimensions of□600 mm×16 mm,□700 mm×20 mm,□800 mm×22 mm,and the parts are taken from flat area,corner area and weld seam of square steel pipes.The test is carried out by the steady-state test method,and the test sample is pulled down from the ambient temperature to 700℃.The test is carried out in 49 groups.The mechanical properties obtained from the test include elastic modulus,yield strength,tensile strength,ultimate tensile strain,strain at break and several characteristic strengths.The resulting retention factors are compared with the code calculation results and existing research results.Finally,based on the experimental data,a unified prediction equation for the mechanical properties of cold formed steel at different temperatures is proposed.
