摘要
针对飞机漆面清洗废水产量少,但污染物组成复杂,含有多种有毒物质,浓度高,且可生化性差的问题,设计了油漆废水处理方案。在原水中COD_(Cr)为9370 mg/L的情况下,通过混凝沉淀、混凝气浮、AO生化、超滤膜、污泥改性等一系列工艺,使得处理后的水质达到污水接管标准。所积累的经验可供相关项目借鉴。
Although the amount of aircraft paint cleaning wastewater is small,the composition of pollutants is complex,containing a variety of toxic substances with high concentration and poor biodegradability.Therefore,a treatment scheme of paint cleaning wastewater is designed.When the COD_(Cr) in raw water is 9370 mg/L,a series of processes such as coagulation sedimentation,coagulation air flotation,AO biochemistry,ultrafiltration membrane and sludge modification are adopted to make the treated water quality reach the standard of sewage pipeline connection.The accumulated experience can be used as reference for related projects.
